Student Information
To qualify for a Student Child Care Assistance Program through CCAMPIS, applicants must:
- Attend EKU as a Part-Time, Full-Time, or Online Student
- Be receiving a Pell Grant or be Pell Eligible
Application Checklist - To Be Turned in With CCAMPIS Application Materials
- Complete the Kentucky Child Care Assistance Program application. Contact your local Department for Community Based Office to do so.
- Completed CCAMPIS Application for Student Child Care Assistance
- Financial Aid Award Letter
- Class Schedule
- Work Schedule
Program Expectations
- Attend one parent workshop/Parent Cafe each semester
- Attend one Student Parent Support Group each semester
- Attend at least one academic counseling session each academic year
- Pay monthly co-payment for child care provided (if application
- Submit a pre-term and post-term evaluation
- Maintain good academic progress each term (GPA of 2.0 or higher)
Deadlines
Application deadline for the 2021 - 2022 academic year is August 1st. We understand that extenuating circumstances may come up. If you can't meet the deadline, please let Dr. Dana Bush, Department Chair, Applied Human Sciences (dana.bush@eku.edu) know. We will work with you.
